"The cottage was very clean and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen for food prep and cooking.  Delicious food is served at the Lord of the isles restaurant, but book in advance as it is very popular.  The cottage was a great base for touring the area and accessing the ferry from Oban.  Fishing too!!  Stunning scenery everywhere we went"

"Lovely cottage, home from home. Calm, paceful, relaxing just what we wanted.  Comfy bed.  Weather wasn't great but still enjoyed our stay.  Views awesome, even in the rain.  Would recommend to family and friends"

"Stunning views, scenic and peaceful location.  We found the cottage cosy and welcoming.  Was great to have basic supplies provided.  Myself, my 3 childred and Rocky the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

The Knaggs (Scarba Cottage)

"Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. (I do miss a radio upstairs!).  Location and surrounding areas are just superb - well located touring base for Argyll and Bute.  The little 'shop' in Ardfern is much better stocked than we imagined, and a very pleasant stroll.  Wonderfully relaxing break. Thank you!"

The Nevins (Scarba Cottage)

"Fantastic stay in this cottage which was perfectly kitted out with what we needed and was clean and so quaint.  Delightful view and walks nearby and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.  Thanks for having us!"

The McCormicks (Lunga Cottage)

August 2017

"We stayed at Seil cottage at Craobh Haven for 2 weeks in August 2017 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) - the cottage itself had everything we could possibly have needed - very spacious, clean, homely and very comfortable! Towels and bedding were available for change as needed which was great, a real fire with log shed at the back of the cottage was lovely to have and our youngest son really enjoyed building the fire in the evenings.

It was an absolutely perfect spot at the edge of the water and being able to launch our own dinghy in the marina was a benefit!  Beautiful walks in the immediate area on the doorstep which was great for us taking our new puppy away for the first time.  We visited the 'Lord of the Isles' a few times and we couldn't recommend this highly enough as a stop off, it was so friendly (& very pooch friendly) and the food was always excellent (the lamb stew was particularly good!).  The shop next to the pub was really handy too."

"Lovely cottage with stunning views.  Quiet and relaxing.  Lord of the Isles pub is a must, you need to book in advance.  Nearest main town is Oban, which is 20 miles away - everything is a drive.  Would come back despite poor weather!"

The Bauers (Shuna Cottage)

"The cottage was beautiful and well presented on our arrival, it is very quiet and relaxing.  The only bad thing would be how slippery the stairs become.  I would recommend this cottage to friends and family for when they holiday in Scotland.  Thank you for letting us stay."
